Previously, you were provided with Your Book of Benefits, a three-ring binder outlining the benefits available to you as an active employee. As legal and plan changes have occurred you have received replacement pages with updated information. Replacement pages for Your Book of Benefits were sent to all active employees at the beginning of October 2005. Due to the many legal and plan design changes, it was necessary to replace ALL sections of Your Book of Benefits with current plan information. As you'll recall, the Prescription Drug and Vision Care plan sections were incorporated into the Medical Plan section. As with the printed version of Your Book of Benefits, you will also find a reminder in each electronic section indicating this change.
